Our apartment consists of a living room with a sofa, TV, table with chairs, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a single bed and the possibility of adding a second bed or a crib, a bathroom, and a garden for exclusive use. We have equipped the house to offer the maximum comfort. We provide bed linen and a set of three towels for all guests. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, and in the kitchen, you will find dish towels, washable placemats, and disposable napkins. Everything you need for cooking is available (pots, dishes, plates, cutlery, etc.). There is a dishwasher, so you can wash whatever you use without any effort and leave it clean at the end of your stay. To reduce waste, in addition to instructions for sorting waste, we have placed cleaning products in special dispensers. In the sink area, you will find dish detergent, dishwasher detergent (feel free to use a spoon or a cup to dose it), and degreaser for cleaning the stove and furniture. In the bathroom, you will find shampoo and body wash in the dispenser near the bathtub, and hand and body wash near the sink and bidet. The outdoor lights will automatically turn on at sunset and stay on until 1 AM. If you expect to return after this time, please let us know, and we will extend the lighting time. If you need to clean the areas during your stay, you will find cleaning tools and detergents available in the closet in the hallway. Very close to the train station, the hospital, and the historic center, our accommodation is ideal for students coming to town for an exam session, those needing to go to the provincial hospital, those attending the courthouse, and for all tourists wishing to visit Macerata and the surrounding area.
